['lɪvəpuːl 'pəʊɪts\], Dichtergruppe, die im Liverpool der 1960er-Jahre im Umfeld der dortigen Rockszene (Beatles) antiakademische, frech montierte und parodistische Poplyrik produzierte, in Kneipen vortrug und in eigenen Anthologien und Zeitschriften veröffentlichte; dazu gehörten v. a. A. Henri, Roger McGough (* 1937) und Brian Patten (* 1946).
